Deputies with the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office need help as they look for a missing 73-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer's. Richard Charles Harvey is a white male that left his house at 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon driving his 2002 white Chevy S'10 truck with a Georgia license plate of BIE0476. Governor Henry McMaster announced that evacuation orders have been lifted for all residents in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley counties, along with Edisto Beach in Colleton county, starting at noon on today.
