Denver Events

Denver is a city with a great cultural heritage. The city's founding day dates back to 1859 and the Apollo Hall was opened immediately which pioneered many stage plays in the city. The eventful city has many places for different types of events like the Horace Tabor Opera House, Red Rocks open air amphitheatre etc. The Scientific and Cultural Facilities District levy taxes which in turn provide funding for scientific and cultural events. Along with these cultural events, the city also holds Great American Beer Festival, celebrated annually each fall. It also holds four Mexican American events in the month of May which witnesses large throngs. Thus, the city has well coalesced multitudes of events year round.
